Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellations and Changes: Users are free to modify their subscriptions to Moodu at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Once a subscription is billed, no refunds will be available for that period.

To cancel your subscription, simply downgrade to the free plan. This will ensure that you are not charged in subsequent billing cycles.

In-App Purchases: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Reminder: If you decide not to use Moodu’s premium features anymore, please remember to downgrade to the free plan to avoid future charges.
